On May 19, 2023, the signing ceremony of Zhonggan New Energy-Wangtai New Energy "Create Brilliance Again" was officially held. Chu Yubao, chairman and president of the company, Liu Feng, deputy mayor of Yingtan Standing Committee, Qian Jianmei, director of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Luo Lijian and Wu Min, deputy directors of Yujiang Industrial Park, attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, the Management Committee of Yujiang District Industrial Park of Yingtan City warmly welcomed the investment of Jiawang Group, a leading enterprise in Jiangxi photovoltaic industry, in Yingtan. The signing of this agreement will contribute to the economic development of the Yujiang region, and the government will fully support the completion and development of the Wangtai project.

In order to meet the development of the group and adapt to the needs of the photovoltaic market, Jiangxi Wangtai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group, invested a total of 300 million yuan to wholly acquire fixed assets such as land (46106.67 square meters), real estate, equipment and ancillary facilities of Zhonggan New Energy Co., Ltd. The signed project is expected to have an annual output of 880MW photovoltaic solar multicrystalline cells and 500MW photovoltaic polycrystalline silicon wafers, and the annual output value of the project is expected to be 1 billion yuan and the annual tax payment will be more than 10 million yuan.

Comprehensively build a new energy base, which is highly consistent with the development direction of enterprises.
