Solar modules are the terminal products on the production line, which is made by qualified cells through welding, laying, lamination, deburring, framing, welding wire boxes, testing and other processes. Solar modules are divided into mono crystalline modules and poly crystalline modules, both are energy saving, resource conservation and environmental friendliness, high efficiency and reliable. 

The enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency through technology and products. Master Mono-facial and Bi-facial module technology, use non-destructive cutting technology to reduce the damage of the chip. Automatic welding plus single string EL detection to ensure that the cell strings flowing into the next process are qualified products. Automatic stringing, stacking welding, and glass joining ensure that the size of laminates is not deviated. Appearance and EL inspection to prevents defective products from flowing into the next process. Automatic lamination process is gluing glass, EVA, cell, EVA, glass (back shield) together in a high temperature vacuum environment. Install an aluminum frame on the edge of the glass to avoid collisions, convenient to transportation, and prevent water vapor from entering. Take power, EL, appearance tests for modules.
