Casting Process: Put the prepared silicon feedstock into a quartz ceramic crucible and produce silicon ingot through heating, melting, crystal growing, annealing, and cooling processes. Quartz crucible is divided into electric arc quartz crucible and quartz ceramic crucible according to the preparation process and usage. Electric arc quartz crucible is mainly used for CZ silicon, and quartz ceramic crucible is mainly used for poly crystalline silicon ingots.With its specialization and differentiated technologies, products and services, the company has continuously upgraded the industry, improved its industry status, and expanded its brand influence. 

The company keep working on manufacturing processes, equipment and technologies for high-efficiency mono crystalline silicon and poly crystalline silicon ingots. With advanced poly silicon directional solidification technology, high-quality furnace material and high-gas-sealing furnace cavity, G6 and G7 ingot furnaces provides excellent conditions for poly silicon growth. The synchronous lifting technology of the heat insulation cage ensures the equal between the vertical temperature gradient and the level of the solid-liquid interface. Thermal field design that facilitates the formation of vertical temperature gradients to achieve crystal rapid growth. Unique sub-pump design which keeps growth period maintenance greatly reduce the energy consumption of the vacuum system, extend the life time of the main pump, and reduce the use and maintenance costs. It adopts cured carbon felt misalignment design to reduce heat loss and save energy. The heat insulation cage motion mechanism adopts imported drive, servo motor, imported ball screw pair, which has high control accuracy as well as stable and reliable operation. The bottom furnace lid motion mechanism adopts DC motor control, good stability, and equipped with a step loss detection protection device. The process computer is fully automatic and intelligent control. 

The company focuses on the cutting-edge technology of the industry and has the world's most advanced poly silicon ingot manufacturing technology and equipment. It has 98 sets of G6 and G7 ingot furnaces, with an annual output of 8,000 tons.
